Who we are

Hi, I’m Phylicia Richardson — a Christian retreat planner who’s passionate about helping people connect deeply with God and each other. Since 2016, I’ve been planning retreats for groups of all sizes, working with churches and ministries to create meaningful experiences that encourage real connection and spiritual growth.

I truly believe the Christian walk isn’t meant to be done alone. My heart is to help churches create that “third space” — outside of Sunday services and home life — where people can slow down, build genuine relationships, and strengthen their faith together.

From finding and booking the perfect venue to coordinating lodging, meals, transportation, and onsite support, I handle all the details so you can focus on ministry. I also provide a secure, easy-to-use platform where guests can book their spot, make payments, and stay updated throughout the planning process. My goal is to make retreat planning simple, organized, and filled with purpose — helping you create spaces where lasting community and connection can grow.
